The following terms are a general summary. Scope, deliverables, costs, schedules, and specific responsibilities still follow the agreed proposal or agreement.
Work scope
Features, deliverables, schedules, costs, and support are determined through approved work documents. Initial estimates are not final commitments before scope is confirmed.
Access and security
Account owners are responsible for maintaining credentials and granting access only to authorized parties. Activities that disrupt systems or violate laws are not permitted.
Data and materials
Users ensure that provided data or materials can be used for service execution. Work deliverable ownership follows the related proposal or agreement.
Service availability
Sigma strives to keep services available. Maintenance, infrastructure provider disruptions, or conditions beyond reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
Term changes
General terms may be updated to adjust for services or applicable obligations. Specific agreements remain the primary reference for ongoing work.
